30- Day Refund Policy 

Feellife offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Feellife portable nebulizer for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@feellifeinc.com and provide the following information:  Name, Address, Phone, Reason for Refund, and Date of Purchase. We will provide you with the return shipping address for our Florida warehouse. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned with all of its original components. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return that does not meet these requirements.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date.


Standard Replacement Policy

At Feellife, we strive to ensure the quality and longevity of our products. If your product arrives broken, damaged, or is lost during shipment, we are here to assist.


Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following circumstances:


  1. Your Feellife Pro IV Nebulizer arrived damaged or broken.
  2. Your Feellife Pro IV Nebulizer was lost during shipment.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please get in touch with our customer support team either by sending an email to info@feellifeinc.com or calling us at 866-374-0881. We require your order number and a detailed description or photos of the issue to expedite the replacement process.


Important Notes

Please be aware that after the 30-day window, we do not offer replacements if a particular piece breaks, malfunctions, or is lost. Feellife does not sell individual components for the Feellife Pro IV Nebulizer.


Replacement Shipping

All replacement units will be shipped from our facility in Florida. We will provide you with a tracking number once your replacement has been shipped.


Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy 

Feellife offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your portable nebulizer for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.


Initial 90-Day Extended Free Replacement:

If you purchase a Feellife Portable Nebulizer that includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty (please contact customer support at info@feellifeinc.com or call 866-374-0881 to verify if your order qualifies) and you find that your nebulizer fails to provide superior performance within the first 90 days of purchase, we offer an extended free replacement. Simply contact our customer support to initiate the replacement process.


Please note that our standard 30-day refund policy still applies during this period.


Secondary Warranty - Reduced Price Replacement:

We are confident in the quality and performance of the Feellife Portable Nebulizer. If you experience any issues with your nebulizer after the initial 90-day period, we provide a secondary warranty that allows you to replace it at a reduced price of only $49. This offer covers a total of up to three replacements.


How to Claim the Warranty:

To claim your warranty, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will verify your warranty status and guide you through the replacement process.


Terms and Conditions:

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Proof of purchase and verification of the warranty status are required for any warranty claims.
  • This warranty is limited to the replacement of the nebulizer and does not cover any associated costs such as shipping.
  • By purchasing a Feellife Portable Nebulizer with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • This warranty applies only to orders placed directly on Feellifeinc.com and no third party partners. 

Delivery Policy 

General Information:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and your order will be placed on backorder. The item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive additional inventory.


Special Delivery Instructions:

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of your order. Please note that Feellife does not control the execution of these instructions; they are subject to the understanding and willingness of the United States Postal Service to follow them.


Delivery Time:

Our goal is to fulfill your order within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after your order has been shipped. These estimates are to be used as a guide only and actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. It's also possible that your order may arrive in separate shipments.


Shipping Costs (it’s free!) :

Unless special requests are made and approved through our customer service, shipping is FREE. Sales tax, if applicable, is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.


Delivery Location:

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. We can accommodate shipments outside of the United States upon request, but please note that this will entail an additional shipping fee.


Cancellations:

All sales are final.  In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.  Please be sure to carefully read the product description before making a purchase.  We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped unless otherwise stated in marketing collateral or directly on the product website.


Third-Party Sales:

If your Feellife portable nebulizer was purchased from a third-party retailer, such as Amazon.com, any requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges must be directed to that retailer, in accordance with their return policies and procedures. Feellife is not able to process returns or refunds for items purchased through third-party sellers.
